And I hope it doesn’t take them 3 years to get it out

From the first season delayed for over a year due to a production issue to the third season… I see this as a big win for those involved.

I would say it is well deserved. Season 2 was a massive improvement over Season 1

Season 2 was definitely a step up from Season 1, and I’m glad we get to see more of Hajime and co. adventures.

(No more Shizuku, please!)

Cared for. How many more waifus will Hajime get, and why will they all pale compared to Yue?

When s1 was created there were so many production issues that it wasn’t even sure it would even be made and you can tell it was a bit of a mess and yet to be successful after that is a bit of a miracle, especially now with s3 enabled the path.

S2 was a major step up from S1, so hopefully this new season will be as good if not better, but we’ll see.

Happy about it! (I agree with others, S2 was an improvement over S1.)

Damn yes! I just watched the first two seasons a few months ago and really enjoyed them. Very good news!

We wonder if they will cut through the arc of the empire. Since they have already cut a lot. They’ve stripped out the groundwork so much already that it’s going to take a lot of work to show non-light novel readers why it matters. Whether they succeed or not, I still want to see it.

The kino will continue until the anime is recorded.

The key visual and text at the end of the teaser video(divulge[which mentions a problem happening to Shea’s family]) almost confirm that they are going straight ahead with the empire arc. Most likely, the production will follow a similar strategy to season 2 and spend a few minutes of exposition at the start of the retroactive introduction of the necessary characters. As for the Season 1 cut setup, they could technically ignore a lot of it and instead set the major conflict with the events that happened at the start of Season 3.
